Mount Olivet Cemetery, Plan 24, Lot 1500.

Situated off York Street, Picton, this cemetery had originally been located at St.  Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church.  In 1884, Rev.  Macaulay willed the present day Mount Olivet Cemetery to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kingston to be used as a burying ground for those of the Roman Catholic faith in Prince Edward County.  The cemetery, which is still in use, is administered by St.  Gregory's church.
