The Evergreen Cemetery is located on the south-western corner of the intersection of County Road # 19 (the Harburn Road) and Pine Street about 2 km. to the north-east of the village of Haliburton in Dysart et al Township. It is divided into seven sections (A-G) and is the principle burial ground for the village of Haliburton. Original burials for the 'St. George's Anglican Burial Grounds' as recorded in the Anglican Archives at Toronto, are believed to be herein included. Current burial records are maintained by the Dysart et al Township Municipal Offices in Haliburton, This site was originally recorded by the Haliburton Highlands Genealogy Group about 1990. Some municipal burial records and newspaper OBITs have been included. This cemetery is published and available from the HHGG at Box 834, Minden, Ontario, K0M 2K0.
