Notes

Charles Mardon Westfall was born on September 28, 1872 in Sidney Township (Now Trenton), Ontario. His parents were John William Westfall & Hannah Matilda Stickle who are buried in Whites Cemetery in Bayside, Ontario. Charles married Ida Alfretta Harris on July 5, 1896 in Ameliasburgh Township of Prince Edward County. They were the parents of George Vernon Westfall who is buried in Carrying Place Annex Cemetery. Charles & Ida owned and operated the CMWestfall General Store & Post Office in Carrying Place. Charles died on February 25, 1950 at home in Carrying Place, Ontario at the age of 77. Charles' death certificate lists his middle name as Manson.

Inscription: Charles M. Westfall / 1872 - 1950 / Ida A. Harris, His Wife / 1876 - 1956.
